Our personal data protection services are aimed at ensuring compliance of business operations, especially those conducted on-line, with the regulations on personal data protection, including, among others, compliance with personal data protection obligations in connection with the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR).

7. legal advice on issues related to employee data processing, including the development of internal regulations concerning employee monitoring, use of IT equipment and Internet activities;
8. legal support for the activities of Personal Data Inspectors;
9. representing Clients in proceedings before the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data/ President of the Office for Personal Data Protection and providing legal support during inspections conducted by this body;
10. legal support in the area of processing personal data in a cloud computing system;
11. carrying out training in the field of the GDPR.
